Scott has a taste for adventure, and photography has taken him all over the world in search of new experiences and opportunities to photograph a range of landscapes, cultures and faces.
From the awe inspiring lava flows of Volcan Fuego in Guatemala to the microcosm of the Russian circus and street photography in Tokyo, Scott’s personal projects directly inspire and support his commercial work.
After obtaining his degree in photography at Leeds College of Art, Scott began to hone his skills within the festival industry. To date he has over 6 years experience working commercially for digital and print marketing campaigns. Scott has developed a wide range of skills within his medium including the management of photographic teams for large scale festivals and events and the project management of moving image projects.
Scott feels most at home exploring the outdoors. Hiking, climbing and snowboarding are all regular pursuits and early 2016 he & his partner undertook a cycle ride from Mexico to Panama documenting their journey and the amazing sights along the way.
As well as the outdoors and the environment Scott has devoted a great deal of time to photographing live performance. From the world's biggest names in music to the weird, wonderful & majestic world of the circus in all its nuances. This has involved spending a week with the Bolshoi St Petersburg Circus in Russia to produce a documentary project, being commissioned to shoot marketing materials for Guam’s premier circus show & documenting the final tour of the world renowned Cirque du Soleil show Alegria.
